Last night after a wake up in the middle of the night all forty seven seneca campers made their way silently down to the fire circle without flashlights. This was the first part of their initiation into the third annual Seneca Soccer League. Leah Friedman began the initiation ceremony with a speech before the head coaches emerged from the woods with torches to name their players. The ceremony ended with a cheer of "We are SSL" as the girls walked back up the trail to bed. Seneca will start the season this morning with two opening games. Excitement, Green, Yellow, Blue and Red fill the air!
